Our company Tayyib is headquartered in Dubai. We serve clients globally. We proudly serve the Islamic finance industry since 2012. Our team first started a financial consultancy in 2012 and then added the Islamic finance, Sukuk, and Shariah advisory services in 2015 to its suite of services.

We are unique in being led by qualified and dedicated senior bankers, researchers, economists and Shariah experts who in the past have worked for leading regional and global financial institutions. Altaf Ahmad Hamim

Managing Partner and CEO

Altaf Ahmad is based in Dubai. He is the CEO of the company since 2022. He is an entrepreneur, HR and business administration expert, and has 15 years of management experience. He holds MBA degree in HR, a masters degree in public administration, and a masters degree in business management.

Rafiullah Ahmadi

Managing Partner

Rafiullah Ahmadi is a managing partner at Tayyib Advisory. He is based in Dubai. He is a senior retired judge and Shariah expert with over 15 years’ experience. He joined Tayyib Advisory in 2018. He holds a masters and a bachelor degree in Shairah and law. Ahmadi manages Tayyib Advisory’s Day to day affairs and sets on its Shariah Board.

Ahmad Shah Hoqoqi

Managing Partner

Ahmad Shah Hoqoqi is managing partner at Tayyib Advisory. He is a Shariah scholar and Islamic finance professional. In addition to his Shariah studies, he holds a diploma in Islamic finance from Al Khawarizmi University in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He was Khatib and Imam in Abu Dhabi for over 20 years and is the author of many Islamic books. He is a frequent speaker on various topics of Islamic finance at conferences.

Taha Lahbabi

Senior Advisor

Taha is a partner at Tayyib Advisory. He is a senior Islamic banking expert based in Dubai. He manages Tayyib Advisory’s relationship with key government clients and multilateral banks. Taha speaks French, Arabic, and English.
